Livaite aims to deliver within the time agreed upon at purchase. However, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame. Our aim is to have your items shipped to you as fast as possible. If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery. If you are unavailable to take delivery or collection, we may leave a card giving you instructions on either re-delivery or collection from the carrier.
To track your order, please use the Order ID sent to you in the confirmation email your items have been shipped out. As a precaution, please keep the receipt of the delivered product.
In the rare circumstance that your item has a defect or is missing from your order please feel free to contact us by simply fill in the Contact Form and we will respond as soon as possible.
Shipping Costs & Delivery/Transit Times
Orders must be placed by 12pm EST (Eastern Standard Time) to start processing on the same day. Processing time usually takes 1 business day. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday-Friday. The delivery generally takes 4 to 5 working days to arrive once your order has been approved and dispatched. You will be notified by e-mail as soon as your parcel is dispatched. If you are not at home when the package is delivered, a card will be left to inform you that delivery was attempted and your delivery will be automatically rescheduled for the following business days.
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. The majority of our orders are shipped within 4-5 business days after the order has been placed. The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track an order on livaite.com, visit TRACK MY ORDER area. To track the order, enter your Order ID in the box and your Billing Email then click “Track”. You will need to sign in to access your account information. You may also contact Livaite Customer Service to track your order by simply fill in the Contact Form.
In order to have your purchases conveniently delivered to a business address or different recipient, you have the option of providing a delivery address that is different to the payment address during the order process. The invoice is enclosed in your parcel and will not be sent separately.
