Cash on Delivery is the payment method for making purchase on www.livaite.com where you don’t have to make any advance payment.

We do ship almost everywhere, but Livaite is not responsible for customs requirements or charges added by your country. Most countries charge VAT/Duty for purchases outside of the country. Livaite will not alter any customs forms or mark the package as a gift due to federal and international laws. Packages that are refused because the customer does not pay VAT/Duty are not eligible for a full refund.

We strive to get all orders shipped within 4-5 business days. Once your order has shipped, you should receive an email confirmation of the shipment.  You can also check to see if your order is marked as “Complete” on My Account.

You can conveniently shop around the clock at www.livaite.com. Once you have chosen one of our products, you can add it to your virtual shopping bag by simply clicking on “Shopping Bag” of the item you wish to buy. To order the selected products, click on “Add to Cart” and follow our step-by-step order process. You can easily retrieve and modify the content of your shopping bag by clicking on the respective menus of the page. Please be aware that we cannot accept orders made by e-mail, letter, phone or fax.  You must be at least 13 years of age to make an online purchase.

If there is an item that is marked as “temporary out of stock”, that means we are doing our best to get more of that item. However, due to backorders or delays in shipping with our suppliers, we may have to wait a little while for certain items. In these cases, we cannot give you a firm answer when they will be available again. Let us notify you when the product is back. Just be assured, we’re working on it! If the product says “coming soon”, come visit us again.

Please estimate 4-5 business days from the time your order has been shipped. You can track the status of your order online at livaite.com. Click on Track My Order. Enter your Order ID and Billing Email for the shipment that you would like to track and a detailed order information page will be displayed.
